二手車出口報(bào)關(guān)滾裝船運(yùn)輸

商務(wù)部召開二手車出口專題工作會(huì)議，會(huì)議宣布北京市、天津市、上海市、浙江?。ㄅ_(tái)州）、山東?。?jì)寧）、廣東省、四川省（成都）、陜西?。ㄎ靼玻?、青島市、廈門市獲商務(wù)部、公安部、海關(guān)總署三部委批準(zhǔn)開展二手車出口業(yè)務(wù)試點(diǎn)地區(qū)。 

出口地必須滿足四個(gè)條件：

● 出口國對(duì)車輛消費(fèi)處于高需求，國內(nèi)缺少車源。

● 出口國比國內(nèi)更加二手車價(jià)格優(yōu)勢。

Low economic conditions for the less developed areas or developing countries. 
Low traffic system and the basic vehicle standards and the same in China. 
Exporter of vehicle consumption in high demand, domestic lack of options. 
Low exporter is more used than domestic price advantage.
